First you need to pick what type of page you’re doing.
If you’ve already got a big brand, then you can do something like “BigBrandMemes” but chances are you ain’t that big. In which case you should go with the category or niche of the people you’re selling to.

What should you post?
A nice rule here is the 80/20 rule. 80% of your content should be for the masses, 20% elite ball knowledge for your niche. It’s not about number of views but rather $$$ in your industry.
